My name is Nina and I am a Breathwork practitioner specialising in Conscious Connected and Functional Breathwork, I am also a bodywork therapist and energy practitioner.
I have always been passionate about health and wellness and have been curious about techniques and practices that could optimise my own health. It was when I discovered breathwork though that things really changed for me. Being aware of the breath and understanding the vital link it had to my physical and mental wellbeing was truly transformational; there is nothing else quite like it.
Within my embodied breathwork practice I use science backed techniques combined with the art of breathwork which can help you go from feeling stressed and anxious, to feeling calm, energised and focused.
We take over 20,000 breaths per day so it’s no surprise that breathing has a huge impact on our overall health, however the importance of the breath is often overlooked.
The breath is the gateway to the body and mind so when we have a dysfunctional breathing pattern it can hugely affect our mental, physical, and emotional health, limiting our body’s potential.
The good news is that by learning how to breathe optimally we gain the capability to influence our own biology. Using the power of your breath, you can take control of your life and improve your health.
I will be offering a range of breathwork techniques at Equilize. Within my embodied breathwork practice, I use science backed techniques combined with the art of breathwork. These sessions will help regulate your nervous system, process your emotions, and help you come home to your body.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a practice that uses conscious breathing to support the physical, emotional, and mental levels of being.
It is a powerful and safe way to recharge our own systems, so they work to their full healing capacity, as well as facilitating openings to higher levels of consciousness, allowing us to tap into our deeper resources.

Sessions are 90 minutes - £85
Functional breathwork sessions will help optimise and re-educate your breath. Whether you’re dealing with asthma, anxiety, or just want to optimise your health to feel your best, these are the perfect sessions for you. By optimising your breathing at rest, including whilst you’re asleep, you’ll find yourself with higher energy levels and increased resilience.
