LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses specific techniques to stimulate the flow of lymph—a clear fluid that circulates throughout the lymphatic system, helping to remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from the body.

At Equilize we have three practitioners Claire, Caroline and Katie that perform Lymphatic drainage techniques using Emmett Technique which using touch, stokes and pumping in key lymphatic areas helps to improve lymphatic flow.  This is not MLD massage.
